To view or request a rink booking open the spreadsheet below and follow instructions:
Note: you’ll need a Google account (to create visit https://myaccount.google.com/intro ).
You may only have 'Viewer' access on first use. To be able to edit the spreadsheet click the 'View only' button (see below) and 'Request edit access'. Type your member details in the message and Donna will grant you access. This is a one off process to ensure those editing are members of the club.

Booking a Rink
No play will be allowed unless you have booked a rink. All six rinks will be open from 11.30am every day.
Follow the instructions below to provisionally book a rink, which will show up in grey in the calendar, this will then be confirmed by Donna and show up in green. We will monitor the bookings to see whether there will be a need to limit the number of times you can book a rink in a week. Please arrange your games with other club members with whom you intend to play with and if you have difficulty contact Donna or Garry.
The default view will display the current week. To see future weeks use the tabs at the bottom.
Key to rink status:
Available – blank/white background
Provisional – player name in grey text
Booked- highlighted in green with player name
To request a rink:
Click or (double) tap the cell for the desired time/date and type your name. Press enter or tab away from the cell. You can then close the browser tab as saving is automatic.
An email notification will be automatically sent to Donna advising of the request. Donna will confirm the booking by sending you an email/text. You can also check the sheet to see your slot has a confirmed status.
To cancel a booking
Click or (double) tap the cell containing the booking to cancel. Type ‘Cancel – ’. Press enter or tab and a warning will be displayed about accidentally editing a confirmed booking – click OK to proceed.
Donna will receive an automatic notification and reset the slot status to available and confirm cancellation to you by email.
Impromptu requests
Please check the rink availability and still submit a booking request so we can keep track of usage.
Given the booking is last minute and awaits confirmation there is a chance an offline booking has been received prior to your request (but not entered on the spreadsheet). If this is the case then the offline booking takes priority (based on a first come first served basis).
