Congratulations to Tom who has once again been selected by Essex to play in the Middleton Cup on Saturday June 3rd vs. Leicestershire. With further matches vs. Suffolk on 17th June and Norfolk on 8th July.

The Middleton Cup is the highest level EBA inter County competition which, for Essex, involves trials/competitive achievements to be considered. Tom got his first Middleton Cup cap last season and following some good performances for Essex in the Eastern Counties League this year Tom has retained his place. Tom is one of twenty four players including International bowlers who typically play at the strongest clubs in the county.
